Welcome to the Guildford Jewish Community online…
We are a small but growing Jewish Community in Surrey with a diverse membership representing a number of strands of religious and political beliefs. We consider ourselves an Open Orthodox synagogue offering a traditional service with a modernising emphasis and are under the aegis of the Chief Rabbi.
In the truest sense, we have become a community that is open to all Jewish people living in Guildford and beyond.
Our community offers synagogue services, social activities, education events and even the odd video games evening.
In the last couple of years we have hosted the Board of Deputies Regional Weekend and assisted a number of local authorities in Jewish and Holocaust Education.
