The Community has a cheder (Sunday School). The curriculum includes Jewish Studies and Hebrew/Ivrit for those aged 5-13.
The community has developed a Gan (Kindergarten) teaching Ivrit B’ Ivrit to the under 5s.
The Cheder is planning to establish a GCSE class in the next few months.

The cheder prize-giving saw the award of the Vera Rappaport Cup to Josh Goldenberg. The Sidney Cornbleet Memorial Prize for the Cheder Competition was awarded to Gail Weiss
This term, the Jewish Studies class was looking at the concept of “Community”. We will explore what it means to belong to a community and what each and everyone can contribute to a community. |
